TOWABLES
Towables are inflatable water sports equipment designed to be pulled behind a boat for fun and adventure on the water. They come in many shapes and sizes—like sofas, donuts, wings, or flat platforms—and are built to carry multiple riders at once. People hold on to handles or sit in seats while the towable bounces, glides, or even lifts slightly above the water, creating an exciting and laughter-filled experience.
-
Key features of towables:
-
Entertainment & Fun: Perfect for family, friends, or rental businesses.
-
Durability: Built for heavy use in commercial water sports.
-
Safety: Equipped with strong handles, comfortable seating, and balanced designs.
-
Variety: Different models for different experiences (flying, spinning, lounging, etc.).
The main material used in high-quality towables is PVC-coated tarpaulin. This is a strong, flexible, and waterproof fabric made by coating polyester or nylon base fabric with PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
Why it’s ideal for towables:
-
Strength & Tear Resistance: The polyester base fabric provides a tough inner core that can withstand pulling forces and rider weight.
-
Waterproofing: The PVC coating makes the fabric completely waterproof, so it won’t absorb water or weaken when wet.
-
UV & Weather Resistance: Withstands sun exposure, saltwater, and changing weather conditions without fading or breaking down.
-
Flexibility: Even though it’s strong, it stays flexible, making it easy to inflate, deflate, fold, and store.
-
Commercial-Grade Durability: Designed to endure repeated heavy use, making it suitable for rental and resort applications.
In short: Towables are made for fun and thrill on the water, and PVC-coated tarpaulin is what makes them durable, safe, and long-lasting.
PVC Coated Tarpaulin
What is PVC Coated Trapaulin?
-
A strong polyester fabric base that is coated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for extra durability and water resistance.
-
Key Features:
-
Tear & abrasion resistant → can withstand rough handling and dragging over surfaces.
-
UV resistant → protects against sun damage and color fading.
-
Air-tight (when welded) → ideal for inflatable water toys like towables.
-
Flexible yet strong → can handle constant pulling force from a speedboat.
-
-
Waterproof → prevents water absorption, stays light in the water.

INFLATABLES BOAT

Zebec inflatable boats are designed for those who value strength, performance, and reliability on the water. Crafted with heavy-duty PVC fabric and reinforced with multiple layers, these boats are built to withstand tough conditions while providing excellent stability and safety. The heat-welded seams ensure long-lasting air retention, while the durable floors—whether inflatable, aluminum, or marine plywood—offer solid footing and added rigidity.
Lightweight and portable, Zebec inflatable boats are easy to inflate, deflate, and store, making them an ideal choice for fishing, diving trips, leisure cruising, or serving as dependable yacht tenders. Their UV and saltwater resistance means they perform well in both fresh and marine environments, while the sleek design and inflatable keel provide smooth handling and easy maneuverability.
With a wide range of models available, from compact 2-person dinghies to larger boats that can carry families and gear, Zebec offers a versatile solution for both recreational and professional use. Delivering commercial-grade quality at an affordable price, Zebec inflatable boats are trusted worldwide for adventure, work, and rescue operations.
HYPALON FABRIC
Hypalon (CSM) is a premium fabric material widely used in high-quality inflatable boats because of its exceptional durability and resistance. Built with multiple protective layers, Hypalon features an outer CSM coating that provides outstanding weather, chemical, and abrasion resistance, a high-tenacity textile core that ensures strength and dimensional stability, and inner neoprene layers that deliver reliable air-tightness and strong adhesion.
This unique construction makes Hypalon boats highly resistant to UV rays, saltwater, fuel, and extreme temperatures, allowing them to last 15–20 years with proper care. While slightly heavier and more expensive than PVC, Hypalon is the material of choice for professionals, rescue teams, and boaters in tropical or demanding environments who require long-lasting performance and easy repairability.

KAYAK
FLASH

Experience the perfect balance of strength, comfort, and performance with this tough yet lightweight kayak, built with 1000 denier super-tough fabric for superior durability and abrasion resistance, a high-pressure drop-stitch floor for incredible rigidity without extra weight, and an adjustable closed-cell foam seat that provides outstanding back support, while deluxe airtight H3 valves ensure reliability, a large detachable skeg keeps you on track in open water yet easily removes for whitewater or shallow adventures, and convenient screw-type drain valves make setup and pack-down fast and effortless.
1000 Denier Supported Fabric

-
Denier refers to the thickness of the fiber; 1000D is very strong and durable.
-
The fabric is usually polyester or nylon, coated with PVC or Hypalon for extra strength.
-
It resists abrasion, punctures, UV rays, and general wear and tear, making it ideal for inflatable boats.
-
The "supported" part means the fabric has a reinforced backing, giving it stability and preventing stretching under pressure.
Drop-Stitch Fabric (100mm T in the Diagram)
-
Drop-stitch is a special construction technique: thousands of fine polyester threads connect the top and bottom layers of the fabric.
-
When inflated at high pressure, the threads hold the fabric flat and rigid, creating a solid, board-like surface instead of a rounded tube.
-
This allows inflatables (like kayaks, SUPs, and boat floors) to be extremely rigid while remaining lightweight and portable.
-
The “100mm T” refers to the thickness of the drop-stitch material (100mm), which gives extra stiffness and support.

RAFTING BOAT

Zebec rafting boats are engineered for ultimate river performance, crafted with ultra-tough high-denier fabric and a reinforced heavy-duty floor that withstands the harshest conditions, while quadruple-reinforced seams, durable D-rings, and full-length rub strakes ensure long-lasting reliability; combined with a spacious interior, raised bow and stern for smooth tracking, and agile maneuverability, these rafts provide the perfect balance of strength, stability, and comfort—making every whitewater adventure safer, more thrilling, and unforgettable.
SERIES & SPECIFICATION

OPTIONAL FLOOR TYPE

Standard Floor(ST)
This is not an inflated floor. Our super tough 1.8mm thick bottom material is stretched tightly to the side tubes and raised 5-7cm (2"–3") for excellent tracking in any type of water. Our standard floors are made of 4000 denier material, and usually do not have drain holes.

I-Beam Floor(IB)
The I-Beam system is the traditional type of inflatable floor. Our 12cm (5") thick I-Beam system is permanently installed on the bottom floor. We use a high quality Leafield air release valve in our I-Beam floors to protect them from over-inflation and high pressure caused by various circumstances.

Drop-Stitch Floor(DS)
The Drop-Stitch floor system is another option. Our special 15cm(6") or 20cm(8") thick dropstitch fabric can be made into a separate rigid Inflatable floor and it can be inserted into the raft floor through the zipper opening. With the zipped-in construction, you can easily replace this floor when needed.

Air Bladder Floor(AB)
The Air Bladder system is a highly advanced design which consists of a pocket with a zippedin bladder. The key to this system is an innovative inflatable air bladder made with polyurethane coated nylon and inserted into the raft floor through the zipper opening. This inflatable air bladder is completely heat-welded, and can be easily replaced with a new one when needed.
